How to know my size for watch bands?
(You will find bracelet and NATO sizing little further down)

If you wear a watch and the watch band size is GOOD:

Measure the two parts without the buckle.
You should have a result about 70mm to 80mm for the short part ( Image E)
You should have a result about 110mm to 120mm for the long part ( Image G)
Choose those size.

Adjusting the size of a watch band that is too SHORT:

Add the length in mm to get it in the GOOD position
Example: + 20 mm ( +10mm on each side )
A Short watch band of 65mm\105mm becomes a adjusted 75mm\115mm watch band



Adjusting the size of a watch band that is too LONG:

Subtract the length in mm too get it in the GOOD position
Example: - 20 mm ( -10mm on each side )
Long watch band of 85mm\125mm becomes an adjusted 75mm\115mm watch ban

How to know my urbain bracelet size ?


With a measuring ribbon, measure the circumference of your wrist.

Women’s bracelets Petit Glam and Diam Glam: 
13.5- 17 cm: Small
15-19 cm: Medium
17-21 cm: Large

Men’s bracelets Diametris 24 and Diametris 40: 
18-22 cm: Medium
20-24 cm: Large

If you have a wrist size smaller or larger than these size, you will need a custom bracelet. Contact us at info@diametris.com

Shipping is free in Canada and U.S.

Purchases will be shipped via Canada Post through the regular service.

Customs clearance fees may apply outside Canada.
Customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Diametris products purchased online are exchangeable or refundable within 14 days of receipt.
For any exchange or refund, please contact info@diametris.com to obtain a return authorization number.

Products must meet the following requirements

- Must be unused, undamaged.

- Must be returned in original packaging;

- The return authorization number and the original invoice must appear in the package.

Changing color or polishing leather is not considered as a fault, but as an advantage of a noble material that evolves over time.

The cost of return is at the expense of the customer. The initial delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Diametris declines any responsibility for returns of products not received.
